Family activities provide the perfect opportunity for bonding and are highly encouraged; the problem with most families is that they're always at a loss when it comes to deciding on the type of activities to fill in their weekends. Below I explore a couple of family activity ideas that are both exciting and fun. These ideas should be sufficient to keep your family busy.

1. Contact the community center in your area and find the activity offering

2. Visit a museum, a zoo or nature conservancy center

3. Clean the dog (You could also volunteer to wash neighbors pet if you don't own one)

4. Put up slumber party for the family

5. Construct a fort together

6. View the family album together
